Join us for an intimate, experiential workshop designed to help you identify the voices in your mind, feel the emotions in your body, and find the freedom to respond rather than react.

 

Do you ever feel like a different person takes over when you’re upset?

You want to communicate with maturity. But sometimes, in the heat of the moment, the "calm you" disappears and you notice:

The Regret: You look back on a fight and wish you had responded with clarity, instead of the anger that came out.

The Freeze: You agree to things you don't want to do because you're too scared to speak up.

The Hijack: A trigger hits, and suddenly you feel overwhelmed—and you can't snap out of it.

The Inner Critic: A voice in your head tells you to stay quiet, blocking your ability to speak clearly.

You aren't broken. This is just your brain and body trying to protect you. And you can learn to handle it.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN (The Solution)

Here is what we will explore together:

  1. Who is Speaking? (The Mind & Brain) We will learn to identify the different "voices" or parts within us. Whether it's the voice that wants to fight or the one that wants to hide, we will learn to hear them without letting them run the show.
  2. Where Do You Feel It? (The Body) Before you lose your cool, your body gives you a signal, like a tight chest or a racing heart. We will practice catching these signals early so you can soothe them and stay calm.
  3. The "Wise Adult" (The Goal) This is the part of you that can communicate with clarity, even when things are messy. We will practice a simple tool to help you step back, observe what is happening, and respond with maturity.
  4. A Live Healing Experience We will conclude with a gentle session where we practice this together: identifying a voice, locating it in the body, and offering it the safety it needs to relax.

Hi, I'm Aleena Sunny.

 


 

I believe that everyone deserves to be seen and heard. But I also know how hard it is to speak with clarity when your body is in "fight or flight" mode.

I am a certified Relational Life Therapy (RLT) Coach and Holistic Healer. I have spent years studying how our brains and bodies react to stress, training in the work of experts like Terry Real and Dr. Peter Levine.

My work isn't about teaching you to be perfect. It's about helping you understand your own patterns so you can build safer, healthier relationships with the people you love.
